I took a heavy box to ship. It was difficult to tape so I bought more tape there. When my friend got the package the contents were switched. Instead of arts and crafts supplies she received two large boxes of garbage bags. I didn't buy insurance. I had zero recourse. Someone in the chain of the USPS switched the contents.

I'm so tired of my mail man destroying my packages lately everything is soaked in the box they leave explains why they don't ring the bell leaving wet boxes from damaged products Sad because without consumers ordering they wouldn't have a job and they damage our things why like come on do better some people can't drive and need essential so we order and pay alot too just have it damaged

Every time I go in here it takes forever. The whole postal service in Oak Ridge is a mess. I am someone who respects and defends the USPS because I believe it is one of the best things our government does for the people, and the logistics are marvelous. That being said, it is insane how bad it is in Oak Ridge. The Postmaster should be ashamed of themselves.

Every time I come in the older wavy orange headed lady is so rude to me. She makes me stand there while she sees my until someone else walks in , she won’t say your welcome and she won’t even put my stuff in my hand she sits it down like I’m nasty I am a African American women. As soon as I walk off to tape my package she is friendly to everyone and hands them there money in there hand. I am nothing but EXTREMELY NICE TO THIS WOMEN AND SHE IS EXTREMELY HATEFUL.
