I usually have a great experience at this Walgreens but 2 employees were very rude to me in the parking lot. One of them laughed at me and thought it would be funny to continue to set the lock alarm on her car off as I was getting out of my car and getting things out of my car, which was parked right beside hers. She did this while another employee rudely lit up a cigarette and smoked it in front of me. Very two very rude individuals who have no business working with people in this capacity.

Clean and professionally cleaned, I can't say enough about that. Good layout, easy to find virtually anything by looking at the signs on each end of each aisle.The staff is very easy to talk to and extremely helpful with the questions I had regarding my blood glucose meter purchase along with supplies to get started.Very happy customer,Thank you!

My insurance company has tried to force me to go here for the last time. The pharmacy staff is rude, not at all helpful and uncaring.

Walgreens of Oak Ridge: management stereotypes and discriminates against combat wounded veterans taking Suboxone to heal themselves from the disease big pharma pushed down the American throat for decades.Management and employees obviously are quite content living in the falacy reported by mainstream news agencies and from there windowless vantage point live one assumption from the next without the slightest clue how blatantly ignorant and just plain stupid they are.Considering their vocabulary never featured more than a 6 letter word the hypothesis can be proven that here lies more food for the apocalyptic meat grinder coming for this once great country.The corpse just isn't cold yet.I would also like to add that I've never made a post before. But since this is the 3rd and final instance with Walgreens corporation after using them for thirty years I felt compelled to get it out of my system. November 3rd 2023. Former Walgreens customer. And Purple heated veteran.

I helped my husband order prints. The website required that I enter credit card info and stated that my card wouldn't be charged and that he would pay at the store. I later found out that, when he picked up the prints, my card HAD been charged! That really stinks. I've been trying to close out that card and did not want the card being used. Thanks for all the trouble you caused me today, Walgreens : (

Disaster drive-through service is very frustrating and slow; waiting is too long. They don’t know how to move the line faster or any mechanism to be efficient.

Signed up through email for a drive thru pickup and the pharmacy tech said they don’t do that. Should not be an option if it’s not a service they provide

Really need to look for better pharmacy staff, I haven't had much of an issue for a few months, but they still clearly have that one lady who doesn't like to do her job, she will tell you that there filling the prescription when there not, I've been trying to get my daughters meds and the pharmacist from VA (while she was visiting family) reached out to me asking if she still needed them, I said no because she is back home, the meds were on back order and she provided me with the NDC# to give to the Walgreens here bc they use the same distrabuter and they could have them ordered...the lady at this Walgreens had nothing to do with what I had to say just kept repeating "well we don't have them" try calling another Walgreens. I had to call back mina at the VA Walgreens and she had to call and take care of it because the staff didn't want to take there time in dealing with it. Walgreens do everyone a favor and get rid of these people, this clearly isn't the job for them. But I've had more issues then not with this Walgreens like being told by Joe the pharmacist that I couldn't fill my meds that are for 30days on the 30th day of following month because they don't count the day you pick them up?? Like what? Id never heard of such a thing? Must of been one of those made up policy I see everyone else talking about. The only reason for 2star rating is for the few decent employees I know are being helpful and are being brought down by these lazy people.

worst pharmacy ever. i was at the one in powell when I lived there. staff there was great. the one in oak ridge are rude. none of the walgreens have the meds i need half the time.. i left walgreens after using them for years. id never recommend going there..

Very busy, rude employees including the pharmacist. They have notes about customers in the account file that say whether to to help you or give you all the trouble possible. They have told me my medicine was ready when it wasn't, wasn't ready when it was, My insurance wouldn't pay when it would,if you think I'm making this up, my girlfriend works there.if you don't believe me, ask to see your whole screen with notations. I guarantee you will be denied. They are also the most expensive for generics especially than anywhere I know.they also change prices from month to month. I filled one there that cost 11.70 for a months supply. 30 days later the refill was 63.30. Bait and switch.

We've loved Walgreens, particularly because it had a partnership with Kroger that enabled the to sell a wide range of groceries at reasonable prices. However, that Kroger partnership recently ended. From what we've heard, Walgreens is hoping/planning to immediately replace, via some means other than Kroger, most of the grocery inventory that Kroger had been providing. However, since the Kroger partnership literally just ended, we have yet to discover whether the range of groceries or their prices will actually be worthwhile. We will update our rating and this review upon seeing how well that goes.

The drive through is consistently a passively/aggressive dysfunctional pain, and as streamlined as a brick. It doesn't make any difference whether they're busy or slow. I truly despise coming here.

This place is great. I get my prescriptions here and the pharmacist is amazing. I lost my seizure medication and he made sure I was taking care of. I would definitely recommend getting your medicine here.
