When I showed up to pick up my pictures, that I got an email and text message saying they were ready, the guy working the counter said that the printer messed up and he'd have to reprint them and for me to shop for awhile and come back and they'd be ready. I came back about 20 minutes later and a different guy was working. He looked around for my pictures but couldn't find them. I asked him where the guy was that I first talked to. He said he was in the back doing something. I asked him to go ask him where my pictures were. He hemmed and hawed for a couple minutes and when he realized I wasn't leaving he went back and supposedly asked the guy. When he came back he said the guy didn't know where they were. So I said I would come back tomorrow and hopefully they will have found them, even though I had the email and text message saying they had them ready. So I drove all the way out there for nothing but aggravation and had to make another trip the next day.Thankfully my pictures were there when I went back.I usually don't have anything bad to say about Walmart, and I generally enjoy going, but the experience I had with the photo department sucked big hairy ones.
