I visited the the Oakland Tn location and I was pleasantly greeted by Malaysia. She was very respectful and courteous. I explained to her what I wanted; unfortunately the item wasn't available. She recommended a better phone and I was so happy. She explained all the features of the phone and also suggested a watch that pairs with the phone. Her selling techniques are awesome. I was so excited and happy I chose this location. Her custom service is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this location

Tina assisted me yesterday when my phone was not working. She patiently tried several things to get it working. It was eventually determined to be an issue, not with the AT&T service but my device. She shared the support number and eventually the problem was resolved. Tina went out of her way to assist me and to help other customers as they came in.

I had an excellent experience at this store. My sales clerk was Tina. She was very polite and very knowledgeable about the products. She really helped me make the correct decisions on my purchases I made. I highly recommend this store.

Very POOR customer service. My screen protector is peeling off my phone. Went to this location and I was advised they do not stock a screen protector for my phone, only newer models.I purchased a screen protector on line and returned to this location. The store manager and employees would not put it on since I didn't purchase it from them.There were no customers in the store, the manager and 2 employees were sitting around gabbing. I felt like the store manger was acting like I was 'bothering them' and 'what was I doing there'?I will NOT go back to this location and would not recommend them if they were the only store within 50 miles.One more example that AT&T does not need my business.

Jace and Tina were amazing reps and helped me figure out how to get back into my icloud account. I was nervous at first because phone stores can be very stressful but the two fantastic reps made this process such a breeze. Definitely recommend this store and I will be returning for any phone needs.
