Bob and his staff are 10/10. Truly an understatement. I’m so glad my family and I switched from Walgreens to BetterRX when we did. They all truly care about their customers and it shows through their actions. I lost my health insurance when the pandemic hit and my monthly prescriptions anywhere else would have cost an outrageous amount even with the goodrx website’s discounts they offer. I felt so much weight off of my shoulders when I switched pharmacies. I’m grateful to have purchased individual insurance shortly after I switched, but in a time where we were dealing with a global pandemic (I am a travel agent), Bob really went the extra mile for me and that’s just something that will always mean everything to me.

My doctor wrote a paper script, and I dreaded waiting in a long line at rush hour to drop it off at my usual pharmacy and then waiting until next day (if lucky) to have it filled. I was not feeling well at all. So, I swung by BetterRX to see how they work, and I couldn’t believe that my prescriptions were filled in just under 10 minutes. Fast, friendly, and genuinely caring people. This place is everything a pharmacy should be. They also had a plethora of over-the-counter options that were lower-priced and commonly out-of-stock at other stores. I wish I had found these guys sooner — but better late than never. I will recommend to all friends and family. Thank you for being a Better option for our RX!

I was very pleased to find that Oakland Tennessee now has a small pharmacy. I started out going to Kroger and then they stopped accepting Cigna, then I went to Walgreens and the service was terrible, and then I ended up at Walmart but honestly do not want to support this multibillion-dollar industry. I want to go to a small pharmacy that works hard to meet my needs. I also want to give my dollar to an independent business.I found out about this pharmacy from one of my doctors. I've been going there for a few months and I've been pleasantly surprised. The customer service is great! They have a young and friendly staff. And the pharmacist that owns the place is generally there. He is very kind and nice to interact with. I never had any issues with my prescriptions being filled. they actually have filled some of them earlier than other pharmacies will. They also some a small store.One very important thing to me is the fact that I never feel judged here. Sometimes we have to pick up prescriptions that maybe narcotics, etc. I don't need a thousand questions and I don't need judgment.

with the national Rx companies, they don't answer the phone, share information, get to know you or pretend to care... some of us need a little guidance, like bedside manner kind of thing... As soon as you meet Bob, its BETTER! He knows us high maintenance ones when he sees us and he takes the time, you feel welcome and appreciated at BETTERx Pharmacy! I found them by accident, only wish I had much sooner... 5 Stars!
