The branch manager, Ms. Wanda is outstanding, professional and very sweet! I enjoyed speaking to her about opening an account and she was patient with all of my questions! After visiting other banks, I have decided to open my new account at FSNB! I am going to tell my family and friends about the FSNB Oakland branch! Thanks Ms. Wanda!
