The Oakland Goodwill donation site is a clean establishment and the team members are super courteous

The lady was there helped me get my donations into the center even though she had to go out to the parking lot with me. It was frustrating that the cars that were parked in the donations spots were not actually donating but getting food at the restaurant near by.
