“Jeneisha was stellar! I previously came to this location for an upgrade when the iPhone14 released and they were out. Jeneisha offered to help me preorder and went through each option with me but I decided I’d come back. Recently went in one night and the two guys working didn’t want to help me. They gave me an excuse of not being able to assist me on switching from Sprint to TMobile. However, I went back the next evening and Jeneisha was there! She helped me flawlessly and was so welcoming. I’ll always make sure to get my products when she’s there and refer each person to specifically work with her if she’s available. George was there and was friendly, too! Thanks, Jeneisha!
