“Tina assisted me yesterday when my phone was not working. She patiently tried several things to get it working. It was eventually determined to be an issue, not with the AT&T service but my device. She shared the support number and eventually the problem was resolved. Tina went out of her way to assist me and to help other customers as they came in.”

“Jeneisha was stellar! I previously came to this location for an upgrade when the iPhone14 released and they were out. Jeneisha offered to help me preorder and went through each option with me but I decided I’d come back. Recently went in one night and the two guys working didn’t want to help me. They gave me an excuse of not being able to assist me on switching from Sprint to TMobile. However, I went back the next evening and Jeneisha was there! She helped me flawlessly and was so welcoming. I’ll always make sure to get my products when she’s there and refer each person to specifically work with her if she’s available. George was there and was friendly, too! Thanks, Jeneisha! “Great place. I went one day to get the new IPhone XR, the lady working there sold it knowing I was gonna buy it. But it’s okay I understand. She was kind enough to give me her phone number so I can call up there to figure out when the IPhone came in. Gonna call in again later to see if they came. Great service!! I recommend!!”
