I'm new to this area, so was delighted when both my roadside assistance and the kind gentleman from Whaley's Towing recommended they take my car to Gateway in Oakland Tennessee. From the moment I arrived, they kept me informed what was wrong and how to get the problem fixed. Despite being very busy, they were able to fix my vehicle in under a half hour. After I returned home, another problem occurred with my car not related to my prior visit. I immediately returned to Gateway, who continued to be very busy with customers, and again, addressed me and my problem very quickly. Again, after a half hour, I was on my way home as they quickly diagnosed what was wrong, and fixed it without charging me.
