Bought a set of tires with roadside warranty. Drove less than 100 miles and had to go back because one was leaking. Told me I had to make an appointment. I told them I was just here. He said everyone has to make an appointment and the next appointment wasn't until next week. Said it like I was asking him to do something above and beyond. Won't ever go back.

Basically out of everything that you need. But hey, right down the street. That gets two stars, right?

This Walmart is awful...they have numerous of registers and only 1 that actually has a person checking you out. We can't use our tax free card at self check out or scan and go and this is what we have to deal with! It's not even busy I'm here but they have 1 check out person!

Where do I start? It's a clean store that much is true. First, let me describe an incident that happened with my father, José Angarita Sr. My father went in there one day to buy a few things and purchased a candy bar along with the rest of his things. He grabbed everything else but forgot to grab the candy bar as he walked out the door with his purchased items. He went to a regular register with a cashier. A few minutes later, he remembered it and had his receipt to show he paid for it so he went back in to get it. Apparently, as the cameras would show, one of the other associates put the candy bar back. When my father asked for it, this associate refused to give it to him and the cashier wouldn't speak up and say he had in fact purchased it and left it behind even though she witnessed it happen. The other associate finally did give him back the candy bar after he yelled drill sergeant style at the cashier who wanted to sit there and act like she didn't know anything. Now, my father is of a darker skin tone than I. He "looks" more "Hispanic/Latino/Colombian" etc. than I do. At least, what in the United States is considered more "Hispanic/Latino/Colombian etc." Isn't it cute how the "Anglos" only claim "us" when it's convenient for them? Let me tell all of you what happened with me. I went in there another day to get a few things and my father asked me to get some bread. I did so and I purchased it but I forgot it at the register just like my father forgot the candy bar. I went to a self checkout. I came back a few minutes later as well and what do you know? The associate there that day had set it neatly aside for the "white woman." Oh and the LOVELY door greeters. Sometimes they greet me and sometimes they don't. I don't care either way. Well one day, I went in there with my son and my lifelong bullies have been threatening my son. Well this wonderful door greeter decides as my son and I are walking out the door that she is going to walk by my son in a show of how close she could get to him and I stepped in between her and my son and she said only loud enough for me to hear "They take pity on you." This is the one with brown hair, tan skin, older woman. Then the elderly gentleman door greeter. On July 4, 2020 I came to the Walmart from Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett, which I went to at 5:00 am because I was practically 'deathly sick' from a sinus infection. The pharmacy didn't open until 10:00 am and I got there at about 8:00 am so I decided to take a nap in my car parked in the parking lot. I was in my night clothes which consisted of a pair of pink scrub pants and my old UPS store uniform shirt. My lifelong bullies have been saying that I'm prostituting and grasp at any straw they think will "prove" it's the "truth." This elderly greeter greets me with "hey, babe." I said, "hey, how you doing? Don't call me that." I don't believe he heard me, though. I went in first to sanitize my hands then went back out. I took my nap and the second time I went in he said, "hey, girl." I ignored him. I went in, got my prescription and came back out. I looked at him and then all he said was "hi." I told him, "Don't you say hi to me." So that's how that went. Now they are thinking about trying to get every associate in that store to ignore me if I ask for help or anything. I guess we'll see what corporate thinks about them singling out a loyal customer like that. Wouldn't they just love to get me banned?

It is 'convenient'. Folks in the comment section need to remember this is WALMART, not Macys. That said, I met Sam Walton many moons ago. He would never allow the 'changes' that have occurred in this chain store. Customer service is at an all time low in America... However, There are still employees that value the ability to WORK and take pride in a job (no matter how small or large) WELL DONE. Many times I have been assisted by those few at this Walmart who go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. I have NOT been assisted by a few who do not. Many of those whom really lack in the training of quality customer service, are no longer there. For those of you who truly value your respective JOB, we salute you! Continue to shine. For those who do not, please step up to the plate and remember, there is no job greater than another. Do ALL you do with sparkle...

WOW! Amazing customer service story tonight at 10 pm, the day before Thanksgiving. Heading to hardware in a store I'm not very familiar with and come across an employee leaving the floor at end of shift. I was guessing I would get zero or less than zero, but instead he walked me right to my item and talked with me about it. He was very knowledgeable about tools and was so kind to take the time he did at the hour he did. Kudos to this young gentlemen and those responsible for hiring him to the Walmart team!! Besides this one amazing experience, I find this to be the best stocked Walmart I have ever been to! (Been to many across the country.) It stocks cool, healthy products and keeps the shelves full. I sincerely appreciate the efforts the staff and management put into providing an excellent customer experience.

I called the Electronics department of this Walmart to check stock on a big screen TV. The lady I spoke to said they did not have what I was looking for and hung up on me. She actually hung up on me! Whoa! Hey Walmart Management....you hire people like this? Maybe employment at this store needs to be reevaluated....from the TOP down.

My fiancé and i dropped our car off at 7:15 this morning. They told us it would be a two hour wait so we went to gym. We came back and still waited an hour and half. Three and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
