“The absolute cleanest and most stocked DG's not just in Cleveland but in the entire state of Tennessee! They also have an excellent team of employees that are always so helpful & knowledgeable of questions I may ask?! Especially the Asistance Manager, Aaron! He definitely works well with time management, friendly and smart, with excellent customer service and leadership skills! The only thing I see room for improvement, is to get rid of those dead beat young ladies that call in all the time ,including but not limited to NEW YEARS DAY,Black Friday ,4th of July , well u get my point. David is also a hard worker, as well as Amber ( the manager) if you are ever in the area. I highly recommend it!”

“There are a multitude of Dollar Generals to pick from in my area. This one is one I don't stop at normally just bc I'm not normally in that area. But it was very clean , service was quick and friendly. They were out of somethings, not things necessarily pandemic related, so I'm not sure if that's normal for this location or not. I would recommend it for a quick stop for a few items though!”
“This family dollar is worth the drive from Cleveland. Its always clean, perfectly recovered and in stock. The guy that's usually at the register when I go at night has the kind of face that seems he might be mean but he's actually really kind and nice. This store always has the stuff I want and Dollar General simply can't compete ?”

“I know this store has gotten some bad reviews recently, but trust me when I say, it's not that store anymore! Best stocked shelves of any other dg in 30 miles, floors so clean the light reflecting off of them will blind you and every shelf is perfectly recovered. The standards here are amazing. The store manager, Dakota, has got this place under control. Love it!”

“I’ve not had any issues. I usually just go for an item or two. I will say Dollar General does not treat its employees well. So keep that in mind if you’re upset with an employee. There’s even documentaries on the company’s behavior. Very low staffed. Everybody has bad days. Keep that in mind.”

“Cheryl is absolutely wonderful at her job. I had an issue regarding some defective propane tanks from a different location, and the store manager at that location was rude and immediately hostile and treated me poorly. I called this store to see if I could at least find someone who would talk to me without brushing me off and Cheryl was there and took care of me like a real pro. I’ve been going to Family Dollar for many years without issue, my wife’s family as well, and if it weren’t for Cheryl I wouldn’t be back. Thank you for you help!! This woman deserves more recognition than a review on Google!”
