“I was pretty nervous after reading all the reviews. But they did what they promised for me. Got here within the promised window, called to give me 20 minutes advance notice, and got here in 20 minutes. I will say that they were not what I would call "professional" movers. More like enthusiastic amateurs. They had to borrow my box cutter. (LOL!) You could tell they weren't quite used to carrying large boxes upstairs, and I was a little worried about stability a couple of times. But overall, they did a good job, and were quite friendly.”

They worked hard and quickly - the team work was a joy to watch. They had the best pricing out of everyone else we had contacted and their customer service was excellent! The box was delivered on time and the driver was very professional and courteous. “Mike and Corey were excellent movers. I’ve had three out of state moves and these guys were the best. They were incredibly responsive to let me know when they would be arriving and when they had hang ups (Atlanta traffic, weight station) and went above and beyond to take care of my furniture and maneuver through the small doors of my old home. They had a very long day moving me from Nashville to Atlanta but they kept a great attitude. Moves usually stress me out because in my experience the movers don’t take care of your stuff but I had nothing to worry about with these guys. They were very polite, kind, and meticulously careful with our large and fragile items. They also did a wonderful job deconstructing and then reconstructing items like bed frames and sofa's etc. They are a local, family owned business with a great reputation to uphold, and Larry personally came with the move and inspected the process to make sure everything was in order. The estimate that Jim provided was very close to the actual weight, the moving crew was very professional at pick up and delivery sites and were right on schedule. The moving crew was very careful with all furniture, boxes, and personal items. We did not need a shuttle truck for the pick up and received the appropriate refund from the original bill. I will use them again in my next move.”

“We had a great experience with you pack. Customer service was great so was the price the only thing we were surprised about was the size of the cube. We were told you can fit a small one bedroom apartment in it but that was not the case, we had to throw out quite few things and give a way kitchen table, futon and some other things to made it work.We did call and talked about the size and they were great at sending another cube which we would only use part of it, but the price would have gone up around 700.00 dollars and we could not afford that. So over all we were very happy with the accomodations, original prize and customer service just not the size.”
