“This location is well stocked, and very easy to navigate out of the parking lot area unlike other areas in Nashville. The lot was clean, the interior was welcoming and items were well stocked and shelves looked well maintained.
Kayla was SUPERB! She was a bright spot in my moving weekend. She is phenomenal in a customer facing role, and was super accommodating of my requests.
John, the General Manager was also very helpful and both of them helped me load Dolies into my U-haul and boxes I purchased.”

“We had a great experience overall with everyone inside of the store. We found out that we needed the trailer a little longer than needed and they were very helpful in making sure we got that covered. I can't remember everyone's name, but they were so very polite, personable and helpful. I think the young man's name was Mario. He was great.
Even dropping off the trailer Robert went beyond in helping us out in every way possible. This is the second time we've used their facility and we've always had such a pleasant experience”

“They were very busy we we got there to reserve a trailer for the next day and took care of our needs promptly. Pick up the next morning went very smoothly, in and out quickly. Drop off that afternoon was just the same. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable, would highly recommend.”
