They worked with me on parts, got all repairs done in a very timely fashion both times, and the second time they came in almost $600 BELOW what they initially quoted me and $2,000 less than what another shop quoted me for the same repair. Very satisfied. Wish I would've known about them sooner. They will treat you good.”

Took it to them, the got me fixed up, and ready to get back on the road, had my car 26 hrs total, only had to extend the trip by 1 day. Nice shop, nice people working there. Fully recommend if you need auto work while in Nashville. Lane motor museum like 10 min walk from the shop to kill time while you wait.”

“I hardly ever go to mechanics that aren't apart of a dealership but I was having issues with my Jeep and didn't want to get charged an arm and a leg from Chrysler. Called in the day I was having issues (around 2pm) and they told me to come on in. Got there and Mike immediately got to work assessing the issue with my car and tried to gather what he could from my very limited knowledge of cars/what was wrong with my car. Told me the fix was going to be pricey if the problem was what he thinks it was. He then printed out a sheet of recalls on my jeep and told me to take it to Chrysler so they'd do all the work for free. Mike didn't charge me a dime even though he took the time to assess the problem, take a look at the jeep, and offered a solution. Next time I'm having car troubles I will certainly be back. These guys are good, honest mechanics.”

They are fair, honest, and friendly, if you need work done on your car this is the only place you need to be coming to to get that work done. “I got a flat tire while heading into work and I called in to get a price for a tire and these kind gentleman were nice enough to go to where I was and help me with filling up my tire so I can get to their shop free of charge and also gave me a discount on the price. “Mr. Cooper took care of me when my car had an emergency! I had a belt to break when I was out of town for work. It was a Friday afternoon and I was pushed off from other local repair suppliers and shops to even take a look at my vehicle to find the problem. I knew my vehicle wouldn't make my 2 hour drive home. Mr. Cooper was happy to take a look and repaired my vehicle very fast. I am so appreciative! He and his staff not only did excellent work on my vehicle, they were also so genuine during my time of need. I would recommend anyone to take their car here for repair!”
“Was a good experience. Went at lunchtime and was short staffed momentarily but they advised us to it and we waited.
Checked all the fluids and other items like air filter (which was dirty) and seemed upfront about all of it.

“These are some of the nicest people I've met when it comes to working on my car and in general. I want to give a shout out to Mr. Robert . He was so very helpful when I needed a designer plate put on the front of my car, he was so quick to help me and then today ( 7- 8- 24) my car window fell down my inside my door! After going to other places and receiving no help, but crazy quotes to fix it, I called Jiffy Lube, not only did Mr. Robert fix my window, but he was happy to help! He did a quick job, was knowledgeable about how to fix it !

“I haven't actually gotten service here yet, but the conversation that had with Parker over the phone was enough for me to want to. I called the Walmart in Hermitage prior. While they were both busy, Parker exhibited a lot more care, and patience as he was answering my questions and helping me find a set of tires that are good value. The other tried but was not doing a great job sadly. I know ratings wise they have about the same, but just based off that I'm willing to give them a chance. We'll see how the tire servicing appointment goes.”
