Ace Hardware of Oliver Springs is known for its nice people and great service from all the staff. Customers are greeted immediately and helped with an eagerness to assist, whether in the store or on the phone. The staff is consistently helpful and knowledgeable, often able to source hard-to-find or obscure parts that bigger stores do not carry. They provide down home helpfulness and will even tell you where to buy a product if they do not have it. Though it is a small store, it has an amazing array of products, including items you might otherwise have to order online. There is a price for this convenience, but the reliable quality and straightforward ordering process keep projects on schedule. Ace always has the parts that I need and that I can't find in stock at the big box stores. Store staff are always helpful as well.
