This post office is trash. They keep sending my packages back to the senders. 1 800 sucks. Give out your contact # for each post office.

Their schedule is really stupid, and they close way too early. Most people aren't off work by the time they're closed.Not only that, they hire really stupid delivery drivers, especially mine. They're incompetent and refuse to drive up my driveway even though FedEx and UPS have no issues with it whatsoever. And I drive a Camaro up it just fine, so that's saying something.Lastly, if a package has a signature, take it up the freaking driveway and ask for one, don't just leave notes in the box like "hey, this requires a signature, imma take it back to the office" because THE OFFICE IS NEVER FREAKING OPEN WHEN I GET HOME!Edit: A few weeks after I posted this, look at the posted photo. Do you really think this is acceptable? Like, seriously. This is N O T okay. These packages could've EASILY been stolen. The driver is very lucky they didn't or we would have serious problems.

This post office has great employees who are friendly and helpful in providing great service! It is adequately staffed (unlike the neighboring PO in Oak Ridge), so lines are never more than a few short minutes.

This darn post office has had my package for over 8 days and won't send it out!!!! I've tried calling the number and its changed to a different number unpublished. I'm out that package as well as the money I spent on that item!!!! POOOOOOOOOR SERVICE!!!!!!

Oliver Springs, TN hasn't always been my favorite place. Now that I am back here to care for my elderly family members ❤..My postal experiences has been amazing blessed, after our route box had been knocked down, I received a notice that it would be best to hold all mail including boxes ?at the post office. I am so excited that the ladies are so polite and very thoughtful of the elderly on Strutt Street. Thank you from CNA and new Tennessee by way of Georgia resident.

I wish I could put a picture of the way the carrier destroyed the box and item that was received. Shame on you for not being more careful with other people's belongings. My item was expensive and sentimental and they just destroyed the whole thing!I wish I could leave 0 stars!

Horrible service! To lazy to deliver packages multiple times. Always make excuses why they couldn't deliver packages. If I could rate this lower I would.

If I could give it a less star I would. I have received many many packages through the mail because I have shopped online for many years now, along with getting automatic shipments from different locations on a monthly basis; however, this month the USPS has decided to lie about trying to deliver 3 boxes on 4/06/21 (while I was home) by saying that my mailbox was too full....I would love to know what kind of people they have working there that can fit boxes that contain a 34lb. and 47lb. bags of dog food along with a case of drinks and container of 105 cascade pods into a mailbox in the first place?????
