“I have never had an ISP like this before. They are incredibly helpful. In the last 2 days they have stopped by 3 times to assist me with an issue that is not even truly their fault. They have gone above and beyond, and everyone so far has been just awesome to work with.
It's a bummer they MAKE you pay for phone even if you don't use it, but in the grand scheme, it is what it is.
