Poor system as frequent power outages in Deer Lodge area. Had one for 36 hours. Now a current outage. No real feedback for compensation, just asking for payment.

Outage reporting on website or social media is useless. Used address as choice, no known account..used account option..someone else’s house. I guess they owe us for 8 years of payments at our no known account location. 🤬

Awful. Daily brown outs during the summer with no warning. If you lose power during a storm, expect to be without power for at least 12h if not more. Make that THREE DAYS WITHOUT POWER. WORST ELECTRIC COMPANY EVER. HIRE MORE TECHS.
