Last night me and my daughter decided to stop by and look at some warm clothes. I got to speaking with Josh Gochnauer, me and him was talking with my daughter about our cat. I brought up that we have switched foods so many times because everything seems to make her sick and he recommended a new cat food to me to try. Brought it home and this morning my wife told me how much our cat loves her new food and not once today has she gotten sick. Thank you so much Josh for listening and giving a great recommendation we are more than thankful for your help.

Our first experience with Tractor Supply we bought a zero turn. When going to change the oil I could not get the plug out and called the store, Cody did trouble shooting with me then referred me to Mike the store manager when troubleshooting didn’t work. Mike personally got the mower, fixed it, identified two other issues, fixed those and delivered it back to me within hours and all with a wonderfully genuinely helpful attitude, which seems so rare these days. Thanks to all involved. I definitely recommend this store!

Had a wonderful experience with our local Oneida TN. store. I bought 2 safes and the store manager Mike and another employee Ben delivered them both to my house. I had mentioned that I didn't know how I would be able to get them to my house, and Mike offered to deliver. I extremely appreciate that. Couldn't ask for better service

Only giving a star so I can review!! I didn't make a purchase because I watched the cashier this evening treat a customer like they were beneath them and was not showing any appreciation for them as a customer. She was rude, disrespectful, and intentionally spiteful in order not to help her. Shame on you!! He personal issue affected her doing her job because the issue was clearly her own. How is this ok?

Mike and his whole team are always warm welcoming, helping, friendly and always a great experience. Customer service is a lost art. Tractor Supply has a bunch of employees that know customer service.

Husband and son went in to check out chicks. The lady who helped them was great. But the manager was very rude to them and also told that they would not price match with rural king.

My husband shops here more then I do (almost daily)... the workers r sweet and always say hello to u if they see u walk n. They don't get rude when u ask for help like some of the workers at WAL*MART does..(rant for my day).. lol..
