I am a physician assistant, and my prescriber called into prescriptions to this Pharmacy and I have never talked to a more rude and incompetent person as the pharmacist Rachel G. She refused to fill my prescriptions and stated that she was “canceling “ my prescriptions and I wouldn’t be able to even transfer them to another pharmacy.

Automated phone system is absolutely impossible to navigate and when you finally get a representative, they immediately hang up.

I totally agree with the statement before me the guy behind the counter is a joke he is rude to people if he doesn’t like his job or has issues because of his job he doesn’t need to work there. He acted like he didn’t know what good RX was when I told him that I wanted to use that then he gave me a hard time about it not to mention a few other things he has pulled on me so I will be looking forward to going somewhere else

Extremely Slow! doesnt check to see if you have any insurance or not on file and still charges you and lord help if one certain male up there disagrees with whatever your kid's doctor wrote for them because you will never get it and if a certain male that works there thanks you can't afford to pay for the medicine you're there to pick up you apparently don't get it then either glad I changed pharmacies havent had an issue since! Changes definitely need to be made there.

Web site says pharmacy is open. We have gone there and a big sign on drive thru Pharmacist not on duty. So we have wasted time and gas that we can not afford to be wasting
