Absolutely fraudulent company. Quoted unambiguously for moving and storage based on pick up and drop off dates. Tried to charge an EXTRA month of storage after delivery and refusing to fix it. Avoid them at all costs!

Great outfit and dependable company. Each staff member I've met is full of determination. The drivers packers and other crew members work hard daily to keep each service member taken care of. Thinking about relocating contract The Armstrong Company.

I work for a large engineering company in town. Armstrong helped us move to a larger office. They were professional, showed up on time, flexible when my company wasn’t organized enough, and got the job done. I never heard complaints from the team members no matter how heavy the items or tedious the job was. We worked with 3-4 different groups of guys throughout the move and they were all great. Would definitely recommend them if you are moving your office. Special shout out to Fuquan Harper who helped organize and make sure we were happy with everything.

I would never recommend this company. We had to temporarily store our household belonging for a few weeks. When our belonging arrived that was extensive damage to furniture, glassware, and majority of boxes were damaged. The employees they had recovering did not follow instructions on where to put things as well as exhibited a complete lack of respect for our stuff. We also had a lot of missing items. We had a very large claim to file. It took the insurance agent almost 3 hours to complete the assessment.

I do not recommend this business. They helped me move my contents while my home was being renovated after a pipe burst. Upon moving back home, I noticed some damages. Their “insurance “only allows for 10 days. Since my home was still under construction, I did not move into my home within that 10 day period to notice the damages to my furniture. So when I tried to make a claim, they basically ignored my calls. I called the sales representative and he said that he was going out of town and his manager would call me, but his manager never called.
To this date, I am still searching for missing items and it has been a year. Rather than packing things and putting them into storage, they shoved items into closets, drawers and my garage. They even left a dirty toilet plunger in my closet with clean clothes.
They placed items on my outdoor porch, which ended up getting ruined from the weather. And they don’t even have their own crew. They hire a subcontractor to do all the work. So Armstrong is only a marketing company. They do not actually do the work themselves. Every month I continue to find things that have been missing for almost a year. It’s a shame that I paid for a company to move all of my things and package them, but they did not do that. They placed my property items in various spaces of my home , so they wouldn’t have to package and move anything
Additionally, they charged me extra for a third-party to package glass items, which was never done
I am very disappointed

DO NOT USE ARMSTRONG RELOCATION COMPANY!\nArmstrong Moving company was hired to move my 12,000sq ft home. They hired a third party crating company, **** ****** ********, to crate my valuables. Both companies are fully insured and were aware of my high value items prior to the move.\nIn September 2023 my items were moved from Armstrong storage to my new location. All crates were delivered and **** ****** ******** were called to uncrate the items.\nUpon opening the wooden crate my one-of-a-kind Murano Glass Chandelier had 4 broken arms. Marc S******, owner of **** ****** ********, says that the employees of Armstrong opened the wooden crate therefore breaking the 4 arms and releasing him of responsibility.\nThe owner of Armstrong Moving company (Joe V*****) said that he would report it to his insurance company and they would take care of me. He said that he would work out the details with **** ****** ******** Insurance company.\nThe claim was sent in via email on 9/2023, I was contacted by Armstrong's insurance company on Oct 31 stating that they were not responsible and ****'s insurance company on Nov. 20 stating they were not responsible.\nI paid Armstrong in full & **** ****** ******** in full for moving my items.\nArmstrong, nor ****'s insurance company, will take responsibility for the damage of my chandelier.\nIt has now been three months, both parties have been paid in full, and both insurance companies have advised me to contact an attorney to litigate.\nI should not have to pay attorney fees as I am not responsible for the mishandling of their companies.\nI am the client and should not be having to chase down these companies to be made right by my valuables that they broke while in their possession.

We were so happy with the experience of moving my mother's belongings from KY to WI this winter. Armstrong (in particular Doug and Megan) were so helpful, communicative and reassuring. They asked the right questions and helped us to arrange a move that worked within our budget and our needed timeframe. The movers were professional, courteous of our home and belongings and even our baby grand piano moved without any issues or damage. We are so happy and pleased with the experience working with Armstrong Relocation Services and would recommend their services highly!

I was pleasantly surprised at how quick the turnaround was. My things were picked up on Wednesday in Georgia and delivered on Sunday in Wyoming! Crew organizer was friendly and thorough. Haven’t had much of a chance to go through everything yet, but all seems to be in order! Thanks Kyle!
