Tried getting help over the phone from customer service and they were useless. I went into the store and spoke with Cameron and Cody and they were extremely helpful and friendly. Their hands are tied as to what they can and can’t do, but they gave me more information of what I needed to do than over an hour worth of time on the phone in customer service turmoil.

I have a contract with att uverse internet I pay monthly. It's for a gig of internet at a very high price. I've called multiple times for the last few months. This is because my internet speeds arent even a 1/3 of a gig and this is fiber optics uverse. As part of my monthly payment I am supposed to get hbo max. I haven't gotten it in over 6 months. I work from home and am completely dependent upon this gig of internet I pay for every month. There are constant interruptions and calls being dropped. There have been so many issues management has already reached out to me. There has been no service techs yet come and check on the connections or diagnose anything. This evening I once again reached out to uverse and was told the service call could be charged to me. They couldn't or wouldn't give me a straight answer. In addition after 2.5 hours on the phone they still couldn't explain to me why I wasn't able to access my hbo max. So 6 months and counting of attempting to deal with this situation and STILL it isnt being addressed. I am FED UP. Hours and money now my livelihood on the line. Something needs to be done now!

The store manager Josh was awesome, fast efficient and very helpful! He answered all my questions that I had when purchasing my phone and got me the best deal. I will definitely come back to this store.
