I had a wonderful experience at AutoZone thanks to Dan G.! He was incredibly helpful, informative, and went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did he help me find exactly what I needed for my car, but he also found ways to save me money. As a woman, it’s refreshing to walk into an auto store and feel respected rather than taken advantage of — Dan made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit!

On Jan 8, 2025 my wife and I were headed back to our home in North East Tennessee, we were driving down interstate 75 when we smelled anti freeze and noticed steam coming from under the hood so we pulled off the interstate at the Ooltewah exit and went straight to the Auto Zone. We pulled into the parking lot pulling our camper and pulled along side the building and shut the truck off. The clutch inter workings on the ac compressor had came apart and dropped down and the fan knocked it into the radiator knocking a hole in it. I went inside and was greeted by Mike Ridge a very professional and nice fellow. I told him the problem and he said he wanted to help, he looked up the parts I needed and had them in the store. I ask Mike if I could change the radiator in the parking lot he said that would be ok, I also bought a shop light so I could see underneath the truck I’m sure glad I did cause at 9 pm the building outside lights went off and I was in total darkness. When I went back outside to move the truck and camper back some the truck being low of anti freeze would not start. Mike said that was fine and that I could work on it right there. It was 16 degrees outside very cold. Mike told me I could plug into the building power on the back of the building that was a life saver so I plugged the camper into the outlet and ran an extension cord from the camper outlet to the front of the truck for the shop light while I worked replacing the radiator. It was miserable, I worked till 3am taking breaks to warm up in the camper, went to bed got back to work around 7 finishing up around 12. I really want to thank Mike Ridge for his help and kindness and all the staff on the evening shift and also the morning shift, we ran out of propane and the morning manager loaned us an electric heater to us in the camper so my wife and dogs could stay warm while I continued to work. Thanks again ya’ll were Great I will always use Auto Zone for all my automotive needs.

Went in the Auto Zone Dec 20th 2024 with my battery needing checked on my break for work,and Dan was so quick ,and thorough. He checked my battery took me in helped me pick one,and had it put on for me in about 20 minutes, and he was so nice,what a great asset to your store......He goes above and beyond.

Michael Ridge & Pete who I've directly dealt with are perfect examples of how to treat customers. You don't want to lose those 2 & I am a repeat customer solely because of employees like them. Great job guys. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at this AutoZone. Our check engine light came on during our drive home from Knoxville. We got off in Ootelwah & made it to this location. Amanda was so helpful and knowledgeable! She went above and beyond the scope of customer service to ensure that we were taken care of before she left for the day. The store was clean, and all the employees were very nice. Highly recommend this AutoZone as your go-to auto parts store! I would give this store a 10 Star rating!
