Wow I just read all these reviews and I thought I was the only one with this problem. Thinking I was nuts that one delivery person named Brad has only been doing this non delivery to this address! So glad just read all these reviews . We have been having problems for a full year and I have been in touch with four people since then and finally got a number to get through to them. As everyone wrote I have put up signs also and on my second set of signs because Brad decides to put the package right in front of the sign and block the mechanism of the electric gate which damages the gate. The last two signs have said if you can't deliver to the house then take back to Ooltewah which he does because he is too lazy to hit the key pad and drive up the driveway. So if he is on the route I get the same message package not attempted for delivery. It is amazing that he can bring the package back for three days in a row without someone thinking HEY there is a problems here.
The last attempt Brad on route I called the office at 6pm and told the person at Fedex that he would be returning to the office again with my package. Which is what happened and of course now the message on the delivery status said premises restricted! So three days again in a row no delivery and because he got caught when I called it changed to restricted access instead of no attempt of delivery.
I have also spoken to the mail route carrier and they said in this area all packages that BRAD delivers are thrown in ditches , under bushes, along driveways and no where near the house. So how does this individual still work for this Logistics company?
EVERYONE else for the past nine years has delivered to the house with no problem. I am hoping this review gets somewhere along with all the others. Again I have to waste my time sending pictures and texts to fedex to get this dealt with and just have this person BRAD do his job!

Received a damaged package from an extremely unfriendly and unprofessional driver. Seems FedEx in this area has numerous issues with their delivery in the area (probably more areas). The driver was driving a fed ex truck and wearing a fed ex uniform but informed us he didn't work for FedEx. Wow!! I have already filed a claim with several photo's of the item delivered and it will stay where it was dumped until the issue is addressed!!

Total incompetence. The driver left my package at the wrong address and attempting to deal with customer service will drive you to insanity. Even the automative assistant is snappy and treats you like YOU'RE the one who's confused. I've never seen such poor - actually NON-EXISTENT - customer service in my entire life.

Said business was closed, couldn't deliver. My home is residential, not a business. Never seen FedEx on my road. All You can get is an automated dummy that refuses to put a live person on the phone. Tried calling the warehouse where my packages are, no response. FedEx is not customer friendly.

Delivered my package to the wrong address. Took a photo of someone else's home. Then said that was proof of delivery and refuse any responsibility for the value of the item they delivered to the wrong address. Thieves.

These idiots are unbelievable!!!! They have left 3 Walmart packages, that I really need, at the wrong address in a week's time. Then they left my neighbor's packages at my house. These drivers are so stupid that they are a danger to the others on the road.

Hey FedEx, when your accounts manager contacts us, as they always do, wanting us to start using you guys for our business shipments. It’s crap like this why it’s a hard NO for us! This is a delivery for a business that has been in the same location for 16 plus years. You are not USPS and at no point should you be delivering to mailboxes!

Fed Ex customer service is absolutely awful. The people at the facility were helpful but fed ex refuses to give a phone number or contact this shipping facility on your behalf. This was the phone listed on the phone in their shipping pick up area. Hopefully this will save others a drive.

Fed Ex is the WORST delivery company ever!! I was to originally get my two packages August 24 but it was changed to August 26. Now it’s August 27 for one and August 29 for the other. This incompetence happens often with Fed Ex (at least with my orders). After this latest experience, which is one of many, if any company I order from uses Fed Ex, I will not order!!!

Watch out if you have any electronics sent through here from ooltewah. The driver will sign your name showing it was delivered and you can't reach anyone from the office when you file a claim. They just send you an email and tell you they can't find the package. Very dishonest people. I was supposed to receive a package on July 17th. It shows my package was delivered but it is nowhere to be found. I didn't sign for my package and I keep getting the run around about my package. I tried to find a photo where it was dropped off but it doesn't show one.

Delivery been on the truck two days. Each day it has been said it would be delivered by the end of the day. Nope still waiting on the third day.
