Had a so called package delivered yesterday. Driver took a picture of package. Said it was left in storage outside. Crazy thing is there is no storage outside. Where they put it in beyond me. The picture that was took showed the package and the inside of a plastic box only. Where is this so called plastic box? Unreal

Horrible inconsiderate lazy don't care delivery leaves wrong packages at people's home and don't deliver correct items to homes sorry business needs new management and photos taken of address as well as packages

These guys do nothing. Had a paperless, boxless return from Patagonia and they wouldn’t take it. Have tried 3 times to ship from here and each time it’s a different reason why they can’t.

Nothing but bad experiences with this service! They have left packages at my neighbors, on top of my mailbox right on the road. They have left boxes in the rain and delayed over and over with some packages with no explanation when I call. There's a sign in my driveway with my address and every map's app brings you right to my driveway but they still mess it up every time. I now cancel orders if they are going to come through FedEx because who knows when or if I'll get it. It's very very frustrating and I recommend using UPS or USPS if you possibly can.

Hold packages based on latest delivery window very lazy and uncaring. Package has been sitting for 48 hours w no update. Have to drive to grab it myself. Useless pick a different profession

I attempted to return a package that was unopened with a prepaid shipping label, and was told I would have to buy an eight dollar roll of tape to adhere the shipping label to the box myself as they would not provide tape. At this rate, it won’t be long before you have to bring your own silverware to Chick-fil-A. This type of cut rate service is completely unacceptable. Also, the customer service representative that assisted me was extremely apathetic, and the professionalism of their appearance was consistent with the level of service that I received. I will avoid this place at all costs.

Fedex is the worst shipping company ever customer service the drivers and all fedex needs to step they game up or move out they are terrible in all areas

I got a email saying my package would be here on 7/7/2022 then I got a email saying it’s was going to be delivered on 7/5/2022 out on the truck to be be delivered then that didn’t show up so here we are on 7/6 didn’t show up after saying it was out for delivery so now 7/7/2022 and still isn’t being delivered today either so they either don’t know what’s happening or don’t care pitiful business
