This car was great when first opened. I purchased a basic car wash ($12) plus tire shine ($5) but only one tire has shine on it. This is the second time that I have had this problem. No one was around to address it this time so I left. The overall car wash isn’t good either. Mirrors still dirty as well as the back window. Waste of money!

Extremely helpful and polite. The only location I go to now and Brainerd is a third of the distance from my home!

She was very helpful! She came over as soon as I got out of the wash and got all the scruffs off my car! Super nice and respectful.

This was a good carwash until I needed to cancel our subscription and they keep taking out. I cancelled on their website back in August. September came and they took out 30 dollars. So I called the customer service. They said that they will take care of it and it was cancelled. October came and once again they took out 30 dollars. I disputed through our bank and have emailed modwash at their customer service email. No response. Now it's November and once again they have took out 30 dollars so I emailed again today. No response. Didn't realize this was gonna be a lifetime subscription that you can never get out of. Don't give this business your card info, they will just keep taking and taking and taking No matter what steps you do to cancel 😐

Used to be great. Has gone down hill. Car does not get clean. Times the wash and it getting quicker and quicker. Constantly tell me I don't have an account until I show them charges on my bank app. I have tried several times to cancel membership only to be still getting billed. Don't give these scammers your credit/bank card info

Always accommodating. Friendly, helpful staff. Facility is clean. Many locations. I recommend the monthly program for unlimited washes.

Always go to this mod wash since it’s close to home. Pleasantly impressed with how outgoing the staff is here. Shout out to Jack today though, for helping me clean some dirt from where the trunk lid meets the body. He came over unprovoked and had a kind and humble attitude! Every time I come I get more and more of a reason to continue being a “Mod Member.” Thank you team!

Well, they went from 5 stars to one star...I have a fleet of cars and I'm taking the entire fleet elsewhere now. I don't recommend doing business here any longer, they don't know who to treat the customer.
