“Friendly, knowledgeable service and great at assisting with color selection. I never feel rushed and an associate always carries my purchase to my vehicle without being asked. It's a nice customer service experience that is being lost in many retail stores.”
“Very helpful service!! Don't know what shade of paint you want (or need), they'll ask you a bunch of questions and before you know it, they've gotten in your head and you're leaving happy! Lol”

“I’ve worked with this business for many years. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and their product offerings are extensive. If you need three ounces for a spray can or 30 gallons for an industrial project, I recommend them. Prices are very market based. Whitney mixed my paints and never misses. The whole staff are friendly and the vibe is small family store, but the stock speaks paint warehouse. Next time you need professional quality and support for your paint project, check them out.”
“There are paint stores and then there are decorating centers. If you’ve ever been to Chattanooga Paint and Decorating in Hixson, you know you will receive professional advice to help you select the right product and colors. The good news is you can now receive the same great service in Ooltewah at the new Chattanooga Paint and Decorating location. Staff at this location also work at the larger Hixson location so they are very familiar with all products. I needed stain today and was pleased to have someone who could walk me through product differences as they carry Old Masters as well as Minwax. Highly recommend you give them a try. The exterior sign says Benjamin Moore. Convenient parking.”
“The staff here were very friendly and helpful! They spent the time with me to make sure I had what I needed, answered all questions, and didn't try to over sell me things I didn't need! I do recommend calling and finding out when they won't be busy if you do have a lot of questions. Definitely top notch service!”
“Wow! I can’t remember the name of the person who helped me but I brought in a large paint chip from my walls that were painted at least 6 years ago and he color matched it perfectly. I can’t believe how good it looks. I really thought I was going to have to repaint my whole house but it really matches perfectly. Thank you thank you thank you?”
“We starting supplementing our stock with Farrell Calhoun. The customer service is top-notch. Our sales rep - Dewayne Hill has been very attentive to needs with fast delivery. We are highly satisfied with the products as well as the pricing (which is very competitive but better than our previous from other vendors), We are extremely satisfied!”
“The people that work here are the best .My mother past away 2 weeks ago and all of the Stuff got me a card and they all signed it and Amanda even called me to see how I was doing.Look you don't get that every day in this time we are living .So yes the stuff there is Amazing”

“Highly recommend Lee paint center! They’re an amazing family own business and very helpful and always available to answer any questions. The owner Brian was super helpful in picking out my exterior house colors! Support local!!!”
“Customer Service is excellent!
Prices a bit higher, but extremely helpful!
My first painting job, and I was given a lot of help.
What to buy, and step by step order of application.
So much help for a newbie!”
“Aubrey exemplifies Customer Service. He treated us with kindness and was so eager to assist us in finding out if our paint was still good. He even tested it and relabeled everything so that it was easier to identify the name color and sheen. Then to even carried it out to our truck on a dolly for us. Five Stars for his great attitude. Need more employees like him. We are from out of state but continue to use Sherwin Williams when we are doing jobs elsewhere. Thanks Aubrey in Tennessee”
“I recently had East Ridge Hardware order several under cabinet lighting fixtures for my kitchen. Michael was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. The fixtures arrived in three days.
Excellent service!!!”
“In my 46 years of life I am not for certain if I have received better customer service if not ever. Dillion and the other gentleman working there is why I will go back for all my DIY projects.”
