Pet Haven took care of our precious Kitty through our Vet, Dr.Jacobs at East Brainerd Animal Hospital.The urn, and included package were beautiful and was obviously done with care.We did phone them on matter and they were incredibly kind and compassionate.Cannot recommend them enough.

During one of the hardest moments they made everything a little easier. They are loving and honestly care about your family. They listen to your stories and have the great sense of compassion. I appreciate everything they did for us to help lay out baby to rest. Since it had to happen I am incredibly glad we chose them to take our Yorkie too!

This family business is DEDICATED to the community it serves and will go above and beyond to give 100% satisfaction. They are compassionate, respectful, empathetic, and understanding. Pet Haven has taken care of arrangements for all of my fur babies for more than 10 years. The family will make the time to talk to you for pre-planning, they will sit and cry with you, and they will do everything in their hearts to help you process the grief. 10/10 highly recommend!

I agree that companies like these have to make money to provide the level of service. The wood box that my animal came home in is cheap at best so into the fire that goes as I wouldn’t use it to hold toilet paper. Secondly I know it’s in their package but the clay dog print with the dogs name and a heart pressed in it also found it’s way to file 13 as just added junk along with the paperwork. Lastly I burned the little tuff of fur in my dogs ashes as I don’t want to remember her in pain and the last days of her life. Also the metal that was in her which is why we put her down was not present in the ashes. Long story short I think I will burn or bury the dog myself next time.

April 18, 2022 my Bear Bug 14 years passed away. I have been going to Pet Heaven for 20 years. Brenda who was the owner was so compassionate for the owners of pets. We had long conversation and made me feel at ease. When Brenda got sick Glenn a relative of hers took over and I could call him and take my fur baby there. He was just like Brenda. Last March of 2021 my fur baby of 16 years Lily a small poodle I called to speak to Glenn and learned he had passed away. I talked to a very nice and compassionate person named Brianna. There again I brought Lily on her last ride. Lilly made my 15 fur baby to be creamated ny Pet heaven. Why did I have so many. I am a dog groomer and I always took pets in that people wanted to give away. So over the 20 years I spoke very highly of pet heaven. I also told my clients and they used them . But as the 18th of April I will never and would discourage my clients from using a vet that uses Pet Heaven. I feel it's all about the money not the feelings of the pet owners like myself who wanted to be the one to give their beloved pet that was family not only a pet that one last ride. Brenda, Glenn, and Briana all ask if I wanted to spend some time with my pets before they took them back. So please if you love your pets like I do do not use a vet that uses them ask your vet if there is another creametory other than pet heaven. It's all about money, not people's feelings.

We've had 4 (2 dogs 2 cats) cremated here. They are excellent. The staff were extremely kind and understanding. They really went above and beyond on helping. I am sure we will be using their services again.

We had to say good bye to our sweet little poodle last week after 16 years. Pet Haven was so compassionate and gentle with the whole process. We didn't really know how to handle the logistics but they made it easy. Thank you for being so respectful and caring.

Hands down the most genuine and honest family you will ever meet! We had to say goodbye to our 15 yr old mini schnauzer on May 18, 2021. I made a call to Pet Haven the moment we knew what had to be done and Jessica was immediately empathetic but professional and, in my state of shock, knew exactly what to say, ask for, advise and above all, offered sincere sympathy. My family and I are very pleased with the services, the products offered and moved by the personal touches such as bereavement support information and sympathy card. This was a heartbreaking day yet I was at peace and felt a great amount of trust with Pet Haven, LLC..

They was really good about keeping me updated on my baby they was very nice and very Sympathetic when it came to my baby I am also so pleased with the urn it is Absoulty beautiful and everything they sent back with my baby was very nice and heart touching...it was so hard to lose my baby(shelby) I had her for 17 years but they made it easier and I really appreciate that so much!
