Lived there a few years ago. Attempted to purchase a Mobile home. They lost my payment and demanded I pay it again. I could not catch up after that and was told to move out.

Most part maintance did what that had too or able to do when allowed. Trouble with renewing my lease. I was told one thing then office was closed but ended up getting fixed until I just went to pay rent and can’t bc I’m still being charged 250 for month to month when I have signed lease for year… so annoying

The community is very well maintained I love how the people are here very respectful I have liked Carla Taylor since day one she is a very out going person and always helps when she can very respectful I will miss her when I leave thanks for everything yall do
