I never enjoy having to write a negative review of a business. However, I feel that this one is more than justified.
We moved to this area about 10 years ago and have been loyal customers of Premiere. However, over the last couple of years it has been difficult to get--- even what I believe to be relatively simple jobs--- done without it costing between $500 to $1,000. I will go to GMC forums and read about what needs to be fixed, and GSE mechanics will state "expect to pay x amount for parts and x amount for labor". Premier has constantly exceeded those financial range expectations.
I began to feel that Premier has been taking advantage of both our loyalty and automotive ignorance.
This was our most recent experience with them and the one that has finally terminated my business relationship with Premier.
I asked for a quote to change the spark plugs and wires on my 2011 Chevy truck. The quote was $943.00 before taxes. Even I know enough about engines to have laughed and said no thanks. I gathered estimates from three other automotive repair businesses. The second highest quote that I received was less than 50% of the Premier quote. (I ended up getting a full tune up from another business for about $350.00)
I am going to give them two stars for a nice facility and friendly staff, but we will never do business with them again. I would rather save hundreds of dollars of my money dealing with honest grouchy ole mechanics in a dirty garage.

Premier Tire & Auto has been servicing my vehicle for the 7 years I have lived in Ooltewah. Prior to that I had gone to the dealership but when their mechanical work took a downward turn, I started to go to Premier Tire and they have done everything for my car. These people are honest and do what they say they are going to do. They are cheaper than the dealer which is a big plus. They have always fixed my car’s issues the first time. And they give courtesy rides if you need one. And a big plus…the employees are always friendly and respectful. They also maintain communication with you while your car is at their business. You can trust these people and this business!

Premier Tire is wonderful. The had my vehicle towed in On Monday and received a phone call the next morning with all of the details and problems. The car was repaired that day and was ready that afternoon. This was an excellent experience, the price was great , the communication via text was timely and appreciated. I highly recommend Premier Tire and my family will be bringing all of our vehicles there in the future. This was a great experience and saved me money.

I purchased a set of new tires a couple of months or so ago. I scheduled for a tire rotation on a day off from work. They were able to get me in and taken care of in a timely manner. The staff are very friendly.

Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, clean shop, with a beautiful and spacious waiting area. This locally owned business specializes in tires (at very good prices! ) but also provides light automotive service (brakes, alignments, oil changes, and transmission service). Have been a satisfied customer for several years.
