I was in a panic as the insurance company did something wrong and refused to pay for my daughter’s pain meds after serious knee surgery and could not fix it until the next day. My daughter was in severe pain as her nerve blocker did not work after the surgery. The pharmacist was so kind and scrambled to see how she could get it at a reasonable price as I had decided no matter what the cost I would pay for it out of pocket. She was able to get the meds down to an incredible price so I could get them! So kind and that has been every pharmacist I have talked with.

Every staff member there hate their job and show it to customers. Friendliness isn’t their strong point.
All you need to do is look at the date Chris left and the reviews from then!

The store and the people are nice but… the pharmacy practiclly call me a “thief”
A few times already the amount of pills are incorrect. Today I was supposed to get 30 sleeping pills and when I count them was only 29, I complained and the said that they watch the video and they counted twice and it was 30 in the bottle…but no video was ever shown to me!!! Never going back to that pharmacy again.

Every time I go there I have a problem. Today I picked up in antibiotic for my daughter. The top to the bottle is defective and no matter how hard you push down and turn it just clicks. Now I got to go across town and get a new prescription. It is always something with these clowns. If I could give zero stars I would.

Went to Publix pharmacy and asked for my husband's prescription. The girl turned and got it then asked for address I gave it to her, then asked for phone number gave her that. Next she asked for birthday gave her that. I could see through the package it was his cream for his skin cancer. Then she got a pharmacist. Well she asked the same questions I answered plus asked me the drs. name gave her that. I said 4 times you have his cream right there and they said its someone else's. I never got his medicine. They said they didn't have a prescription. I was so humiliated. I've never ever been treated that way.

The catering lady is so rude and doesn't help. I have complained to two different managers and they said to ask for bakery manager when I place an order. I have tried but they aren't available. I order at least 28 cakes per year.
The lady that in catering needs to be moved to a non- customer service position.

This place is really clean. The employees are so friendly. My husband had been put on a blood pressure medication but his insurance card had not came through. The Dr informed us that it was free at Publix. Using that information, we were able to get the medicine.

Publix is the Chick fil a of grocery stores. Chloe, our cashier, was so friendly and efficient. The entire staff is very helpful. We love Publix. The store is clean and the quality of products is superb. We pick up dinner from the deli often, like tonight, and stop at the bakery for pastries. 5 stars

My husband and I were recently recommended Publix for our pharmacy needs. I have never used Publix before for anything, after our experience this evening, I dont think I can bring myself to ever use another pharmacy again. The service was quick, easy and friendly. Angela was excellent in answering all of our questions and was able to get my husband's prescription filled within 15 minutes and had us out the door. I am so thrilled with the service provided to us here and I will gladly recommended their pharmacy to anyone I can. I am looking forward to shopping with Publix in general in the future!!

I can’t get over on how awesome the bakery is !! I ordered my daughters first birthday cake/cupcakes from this location and it was absolutely perfect! The first picture is what I wanted. The second are the cupcakes they made. And the third photo is the FREE smash cake for my daughters first birthday
