The young man who tried to do my estimate was all over the place. He completely missed my broken tail light assembly. The estimate was still higher than 2 others. And, for what they charge you would think they could pave their drive. All gravel on a steep hill is not a good for a collision business.

Quest Collision Center presents a mixed bag when it comes to customer service and efficiency. While I arrived on time for my appointment, the experience left much to be desired in terms of wait times and organizational structure.
The owner, who handles estimates personally, seems to be stretched thin. Constant interruptions from phone calls and employee questions significantly extended what should have been a brief visit. I found myself waiting over 40 minutes for what turned out to be a mere 15-minute estimate process.
While it's commendable that the boss is hands-on, this approach appears to create a bottleneck in their service flow. The center could greatly benefit from having a dedicated estimator to streamline the process and reduce customer wait times.
After careful consideration I will say the pace took care of me and the vehicle. It was perfect the job they did. The only thing was that one spot was not painted how it was when I delivered the vehicle, but the bumper doesn't come like that anyways, so I have to paint it myself again. No biggie because the job done was great.
They did everything right and I appreciate the quick turnaround. About two and a half weeks from start to finish.

We had a door needing to be fixed. It was. Looks good. But their communication abilities are severely lacking! We had 30 days worth of rental, it took 26 days. We were supposed to pick up the car the day before, no call, no explanation. Communicate with customers! Answer your phones!
