I Came to get a green apple ice vape and it was half way empty before I opened it ,tried to swap and was told they come like that ? ..wish I could give negative stars ,don't waste your time coming here

I ran broke down the other day and I and I kindly asked this place if I can borrow their phone (landline) and they straight up refused. Horrible people and they are also very rude.. this place is also very filthy and Gas is overpriced. People need to stop going here.
