Open and ready for business right on time! I made an early morning (at open) appointment for a quick eyebrow wax. I did so ahead of time online hoping to give them an heads up. Sure enough wax was warm and staff was sweet. Always a pleasant time here.

Eve was great! I asked for a lot of different things, and even tho she had not cut the style I asked for before, she still did a great job. Some of the girls were fresh out of cosmo school and were still learning. There was a seasoned barber lady there who helped those who had questions. It was enjoyable. They were kind and patient not only to me but to the children getting haircuts as well. 👍

The lady that cut my kids hair was sweet and a joy to talk to. However, that doesn't always mean the product is going to be good. I don't know the lady's name and if I did I wouldn't use it anyway. It seems that when kids come here, they get the person in training! I dgaf if they are kids or not. I don't want a Chattanooga state Cosmo student cutting my kids hair unless they are pretty good at their job! His hair is OK, but for 25$ for a kids hair cut, I expect it to be better than what we got! Honestly I believe I could have done the same or better myself and could have went to taco bell or kept the 25$ instead of the product we got! From now on, have them dry your children's hair before you leave, because wet hair is going to look way better than dry hair! I'm not happy with it and will wait for an experienced hair stylist next time or go back to pig tails and crew cuts for that money!
