I had a fantastic experience at TireDiscounters at the Ooltewah location. I stopped in to get a tire repaired, and the team was quick, professional, and incredibly helpful. Zakk and his team were super friendly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how efficiently they got me back on the road. I will not be returning to this location, but unfortunately locked in to the company. I’ve been using them for tires and alignment for a few years and they have now cost me a set of tires.
I will admit that I haven’t always gotten by there every 5000 miles but at least once a year and have always been told the alignment was good and everything checked out, I never got alignment paperwork but should have!
I went in last week 11-15-25 for a rotation and alignment check and when I arrived they said I didn’t have an appointment but I did because I procrastinated and called the day before and got one. I looked at the number I called and asked if it was their location and was told no but they’d work me in. I stepped outside to call the location and let them know I went to the wrong store and asked where they were located and guess what, you got it, the exact store I was at! I walked back in and let the guy know that his stores number was in fact the one I told him and he said ohh was that you on the phone?
They worked me in and informed me that the nail in my tire was un repairable and that I would have to get a new tire. We hazarded it out and then they said they could do the alignment because my tires and were to worn down on the inside edge and it would ruin the new tire and that I needed to replace them all. 30-35,000 miles on an 85,000 mile tire and all the alignments they told me were good weren’t but the damage was on the inside and I couldn’t see it.
We put tires all the way around and then they tell me that they can’t set the alignment on the rear axle because it was a straight axle but I could buy an aftermarket alignment kit and they could install it and set the alignment. I declined because it’s a 2015 explorer and that didn’t sound right.
I called my local ford dealership and talked to them about this and they confirmed that the rear axle could be aligned without the kit because it’s not a straight axle.

This is the only place I'll go for tires. The customer service here is outstanding - they treat you right every single visit. The staff is knowledgeable, honest about what you actually need, and they don't try to upsell you on stuff that can wait.
Everyone I know comes here for a reason. They're efficient, the pricing is fair, and they stand behind their work. Whether it's new tires, rotation, or repair, they handle it professionally without the typical shop runaround. Highly recommend.

I’ve always trusted this shop and they’ve taken good care of me and my work vans in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I brought in a trailer wheel to have a new tire put on. Later, I was told there was no record of it in their system. While one employee even remembered me and the tire, there was no recollection of my wheel, and I was told there was nothing they could do about it.
I value this shop, but losing a customer’s wheel and offering no solution is unacceptable. I hope management takes responsibility and makes this right, because otherwise I can’t recommend them as I once did.”

Money was stolen from my car during service. It was only $3 or $4 in quarters, but it still angers me. I called and reported it to the store the same day. No one ever called me back about it. Beware!

On 9/26/2024 I called and spoke to Zack inquiring about checking tire pressure sensors on my car. He said I should come in and they would check at no charge. Zack sounded friendly and helpful. Later that day I stopped by, walked in, and told the guy at the desk (no name on his shirt) why I was there. He got the device and walked out to my car. He fiddled with the device for a minute then went back inside. I followed him in and he explained the device needed to be updated but didn't know how long that might take. He set me an appointment for the next day. Today, 9/27, I go back. Another guy signs me in with no-name guy looking on. I wait 20 minutes then no-name guy comes to me and explains that "the device would not shut off yesterday so they had to let the battery die, then they put it on to charger and now it is updating". I asked how long will that take, his reply was "I don't know". So my thought was: couldn't you have called me to tell me this or told me when I checked in at my appointed time? The whole experience gave me the impression they just didn't care.

Took my Doge Journey here to get new tires put on and have them look at my CV boot that has a tear in it however, they didn't even look at the boot and when i went to pick up my car the techs seemed confused. Lack of communication will have me go somewhere else for any future needs.
