Store associate Owen was extremely helpful in educating us about starting a vegetable garden. He explained everything we needed to get off the ground, literally, and answered all of our questions. We were very impressed with him.

Grateful that this Tractor Supply had great prices on blooming hanging plants in early May. They were $10-20 less than other local lawn & garden sites and the plants were healthy & full. The employee who helped me that day was great. It was her first day (May 1). I think her name was Abby (not sure) but she helped me arrange plants aon a large cart. Watched them for me while I paid and then gave excellent care/suggestions/ help in putting them in the mini van so they were less crowded and kept in good condition. Thank you for great prices and service!!!

They never answer their phones. It rings forever. When I go in their stores, they are rarely so busy that they can't answer their phones. If they ever do answer, it's someone who says nothing and just hangs it up. IN the stores they are friendly but the phones are bad!!

I've called six times today at 30 minute intervals and they refuse to answer my phone calls.
In-store customer service is amazing but I really don't want to drive 20 minutes when they could answer my question with 10 seconds on the phone call.

Have you ever heard of a well oiled machine and great customer service? That's what I experience everytime I come in here. Today I needed to pick up a few bags of scratch grain. I do my normal thing, get to the register and there's a lady in front of me checking out. The TSC employee, Daniel, that was checking her out made certain her heavy items were loaded for her while getting a backup person there to make sure I didn't have to wait. His backup arrived in seconds, not 10 minutes later like other big box stores, talked to me about their credit card and cashed me out. What happened next is what blew me away. When I got to my car, Daniel had just got done helping his original customer came over to me and loaded my 50lb bags of scratch grain for me then took my cart back for me! That's customer service y'all. Y'all keep doing what you are doing, but corporate needs to appreciate this crew.

Great customer service experience. Been going here for a few years, this is the first time anyone has asked me if I needed any help finding anything. I usually have to chase someone down. Leroy did not just helping me. I witnessed him helping many others with a beautiful smile.

For the majority of my life I never went into a Tractor Supply, now it’s my go to pet supply store. It carries a lot of stuff only dedicated pet stores have, and the prices are always lower than most. Top that off with the fact the staff are always friendly and stores always clean, this is a solid choice for years to come!

Last evening I experienced the BEST service from this Tractor Supply!!I needed help in deciding what product was best for my chicken. The gentleman I approached ( sorry I didn’t remember your name) and asked my question to told me that Jeanna (I hope I got your name right) was better at all things chicken.Jeanna however had over 5 customers in her line checking out … The gentleman told me that he would go up and help with the line so I could ask my question to Jeanna. Sure enough that is what happened!To the gentleman and Jeanna thank you for helping me and making it so no one got annoyed with me.The kindness and willingness to help was so appreciated!!!
