Quality products, but shipping is expensive and slow. Customer service was disappointing at best. The product met expectations, but the overall experience could be much improved.

This is a great company with quality products. The best thing is they stand behind what they sell. I had a small issue with their oversize cold pack, called them and 3 days later a brand new cold pack arrived. This is a FIVE STAR company all the way. Thank you!
