Allowed to pick up early. Drop off was a little poison since first place didn't handle trailers, but overall excellent.

UHaul app is always giving hard time. It’s freezing while doing the dropping off process from Mobile app. Pickup my truck option is disabled after 1 hour time.
This location has no parking for guests.

I have been traveling since 2 am to help my sister-in-law move. Get to the spot. The truck they told us isn't here. No person on site to help.

Kari was by far one of the best, if not the best, neighborhood dealers I've encountered. Even though I inconvenienced her multiple times today (pushing my reservation back) she didn't show it. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly personable. Thanks Kari!

Reserved 2 weeks prior, called day before to make sure we would have a truck, then upon arrival, NO TRUCK. And then was sent from Ooltewah to East Brainerd rd. Would not recommend this rental facility. And could not return the vehicle to a closer dealer.

Terrible terrible not only was the whole uhaul experience crappy but they wanted me to go park the truck all the way in the back. never heard of that before. They messed up the reservation didnt didn't have the truck At The first place had to go to a different location out of the way. Made me late so I missed the help I had set up had to keep truck extra day uhaul wouldn't let me return it to first place i went to rent it because it is walking distance from my house so had to pay for a ride home because extra day meant wife had to go to work so no ride. Then they want me to go park truck an 1/8 mile away and walk back lol next time its budget truck rental all the way.
