“The following issues have been addressed by Natasha which has brought an end to my concerns. Her professionalism and willingness to stay with the issue until it was resolved is admirable. Human error is inevitable and accepted. Computer technology and trying to correct them takes a team of people beyond my purview. Kudos to all at Regions who helped me.Recently I opened an account with Regions as I was inundated with offers to good to pass up regarding monetary incentives. The young man who took my information was personable and most informative although he incorrectly wrote a different name than mine. This error gave me pause, as I became uncertain of the information I had gleamed from him. Returning to the bank and correcting the error of my name I wanted to make sure all documents, papers, etc were corrected to reflect my correct name and he assured me that was so. Unfortunately, it was NOT.I am still receiving correspondence and communications under an incorrect name. My suggestion to anyone needing a bank....look elsewhere. I can only question if the initial offering from the bank will come to fruition or not.”
