“Had a great experience today with him. My electric Aries step up for my bronco has quit working. I ask Tim to see if he could order a module for it. He said he could but it would be 400-500 dollars but he said he would check first and see if it was under warranty which when he called the company it was , they are sending a new one at no charge. Tim went above and beyond and didn’t have to do that. Could have just sold me a new module Auto Trim has definitely gained a new customer. Very appreciative”
