The person at the pizza counter cancelled the wrong order. Me and My friend accidentally called it in at the same time, so I asked him to cancel it. He asked them to cancel the order under his name, but instead they cancelled the order under my name and made the wrong order (The orders were different too! One was medium one was large) Then when I tried to use my Casey Cash which would cover the whole order she said she couldn't because it was attached to the number in the order which was wrong in the first place. Neither me and my friend had enough cash to pay for it. Thank God for the blessed lady who covered us. They basically cancelled a random order because they couldn't bother to look at the names.

PLEASE READ DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU LIKE BEING TREATED NICELY!!!!
I am a door dasher… since the first time I set foot into this store I have had issue upon issue with them. 1- the very first day (night staff ) these ladies gave me a very huge scowl and judgmental look JUST FOR WALKING IN! they are very very slow with preparing customers orders… tonight I went in and apparently my customers order was already picked up by someone else. I told them that can’t be because I wouldn’t have gotten the order if someone else had it… so the lady was very rude talking to the other lady there giving me the receipt with the utmost sass! I had to call the customer and apparently they had to come get it CAUSE THEIR ORDER WAS SITTING THERE FOR 45 MINS! These ladies did not want to work with me at all
One of the ladies doesn’t really even speak to you she just stares waiting for you to speak… meanwhile I’m sitting there wondering if she’s ready for someone to speak or not. Then when I do speak she just nods her head no verbal response (she can speak she talks to the other lady employee).
This other lady works the cash register at night makes customers wait forever to check out (and dashers) she saw a long line behind this one customer and continued chatting alot keeping everyone else waiting.
She also went to the back of the store after she saw me ready to check out and she grabbed coins to refill her cash register before taking care of me… (she knows me very well as I work DoorDash all the time) so she knows I pay card always.
This staff is very mean very judgmental and will not I repeat WILL NOT work with you in a friendly manner if you work for any delivery for them and someone else takes your order. They also as other restaurants verify that it’s DoorDash they will literally let anyone walk in and grab the order. They have never made me verify for the order. They do not care about people and it shows big time. They just seem sick of life and seem to hate everyone who walks in except a few people they might know on a more personal level.

Ordered pizza for delivery. Extremely dissatisfied. Multiple items were missing from the order. The items that did arrive were extremely poor quality (see photos). This was a complete waste of $40.

Don't order from here. I ordered online and they were out of a certain soda, but couldn't change the order. They said I had to change it on my end. Huh?? I was also told I had to cancel the order on my end or I won't get my refund.
Currently submitting a form to get my money and Casey's cash refunded. Bogles my mind

I always get greeted at the front counter by the wonderful cashier's. But the lady in the back where you order your food if you want something she if African and has glasses on and I had ordered a breakfast burrito with no hash brown and she said your going to get charged for the same price and I said I don't like the hash brown on it. And she seemed irritated and said that she only had so much eggs and I said okay still wanting my burrito and she looked at me and said rudely that she will make it for me this one time. And also forgot my sauce on my burrito and was rudely told that she can put it on cold and I said no thank you!

Employees are extra nice and helpful.I had to come back and mention they have donuts that are as good as bakery made .Donuts are very reasonable priced ?

I just wanna say this has been a rough year for me and mine. We lost everything in a fire and when we start getting up again today some unforseen problems caught us in this cold dreary weather. We have no money until my fiancees SSI hits no shelter no gas no food.....we were ran off from Wal-Mart in Paris TN because it's a private owned place just for sitting a couple hours to get warm n wait to get or try to find help but the ladies at Casey's allowed us to sit in the parking lot n do what's needed and never had an unkind word......thanks ladies.....btw store n bathrooms clean and service A1 in our opinion.... I will be back 4 sure ?

Can't stand going to this place whether you just need gas or you want to get a drink or do you want to get some food I can never ever get out of there in any sort of a timely fashion I don't care if there's nobody waiting at the counter their help is ridiculous they take forever to get you out of there I hate this place

We ordered 2 pizzas today, 10/06/22,. When we arrived to pick th up we were informed that the worker "forgot" to make the pizzas. A person has one job to make the pizzas and can't even do that. This is the second time this has happened to us
