I was helped by two great people in the Paris Cricket store yesterday. They definitely went above and beyond to give me great service. I'm elderly and disabled and not everyone wants to take the time for me. I never felt rushed. I felt appreciated. I have been very happy with my Cricket phone service for years. Not looking forward to buying a new phone if mine couldn't be fixed, I ended up with an affordable good new phone.Thank you to Amie and Beck. You are excellent employees.

Went to pay my Aunt Mary's bill. They said I had to be authorized by her in order to do it. He did something on her phone and then I was able to pay it. I will stick to Spectrum!
