I work there has his detailer. I clean all the vehicles that go on the lot. I love this job and the owner is a awesome man and the best boss I have ever had. He always makes sure the vehicles that are on the lot to sell are in tip shop shape. If something goes wrongs he makes sure that is fixed and fixed right. He always takes care of his customers and I am not just staying this cause I work there. If you are looking for a dependable vehicle go see Crowder's.

Obviously I work here so I've gotta rate my job the best place in Paris to buy a vehicle. We take excellent care of our cars checking them over from top to bottom before they hit the lot. We do most of our repairs in house and we would not sell someone anything we would not drive ourselves. Best car dealership I've ever worked at and the owner is the best man I've ever worked for or met

To preface: I will make only true statements as well as my personal opinion/recommendation here. I will not slander the owner or the business.A few days ago, I walked into Crowder's auto. The day prior, I had seen two cars for sale that I liked. As of Monday, october 17, 2022, None of the cars have a price sticker or anything marking the price.I walked in, and sat down with him. We talked a bit, and I asked him the prices of the cars. One was a 1993 Ford Flareside pickup truck. The other was a GMC Yukon Denali made around 2011 with over 160,000 miles. The prices he wanted for them were, in my opinion, insane. About 5 or 6 thousand for the flareside, and 18 thousand for the Yukon. Then he told me that for anything on the lot, he would need at least $2500 down.He also told me that he can't trust me to make my payments because he doesn't know me.I also asked if the financing provided would be reported to credit, and he told me it was "extremely expensive" to do that, so he doesn't. And that he could "write a letter" to tell banks that the loan was paid on time and in full.Additionally, he had a lot of cars on his lot, which, traditionally speaking, is not an indicator of a good car salesman. Also, I have dealt with shady salesmen before, and while we were talking, he exhibited many of the signs I have seen in shady salesmen. While I am not accusing him of being a shady salesman, I can say that he definitely reminded me of one. While I will not tell you not to go to Crowder Auto Center for a car, I will tell you that I will not be dealing with Crowder auto center in the future, nor will I recommend this business as a place to buy a good used car.

Do not trust this dealer! On January 12, 2021, my friend, Joan Papes, purchased a 2001 Chevrolet S-10 4-door pickup truck with 215,000 miles. Joan is a single, senior citizen with a handicap adult daughter. Needless to say, she needs a DEPENDABLE vehicle. She paid $5500, thinking that the truck must be good for that price. She was told that there was a 90-day warranty on the drive train. She had the vehicle transported to Illinois on January 20, 2021. Joan drove the car 6 miles when it died. The S-10 was towed to Midwest Auto Repair. The mechanic says there are metal shavings in the oil pan, and the oil smells burnt. Crowder Auto Center has offered my friend no assistance. They refused to speak to the mechanic. They said they would “look” at the vehicle. The vehicle broke down 500 miles away from Tennessee. How is he going to “look” at it? From January 12 to January 20, the vehicle was driven a total of 441 miles. Apparently, that’s all you get when you spend $5500 at Crowder Auto Center. Go someplace else. You will get ripped off here.

Found me an awesome car at a great price. Very easy to reach, was flexible with meeting times to let me test drive. Easy to work with!
