“I got married in August 2024, when looking for a florist Paula Kelley’s was the first and only place I went. I was greeted by Marcia, and she went above and beyond from the beginning. All of the staff, including the owner, Hailey, made sure that my flowers were exactly as I envisioned. I was sent updates and pictures throughout the entire process as they were working their magic. I even stopped by the day before, and they made sure it was what I had envisioned my wedding flowers to look like. They never made me feel unwelcome and made sure I was involved throughout the whole process. When I say perfect, I mean they were truly perfect. I couldn’t have asked for or wanted anything more beautiful! I can’t thank Paula Kelley’s enough for bringing my vision to life, the thorough communication, and the stress-free experience. I can say without a doubt, that I never once stressed about my wedding flowers. I can’t recommend them enough for all your floral needs!”

“If i could give 100 stars, i would without any hesitation. Our family had an unfortunate death of our Mother this week. We were not aware of the hours on Monday afternoon and the florist shop was closed before we completed our appointment with the funeral home. That is where the real experience happened. Amazing! I called the florist shop in hoping that there would be an answering service to confirm the times of the hours of operation for the next day. Amber Robbins , the owner answered and was very commpasionate and caring for our loss of our Mother. Amber said that she was closed but would send me pictures of similar arrangements of what we were requesting to help us via text. Amber didn’t know me or my family but freely shared her personal cell phone. Amber continued to respond to every request our family had that night all the way up to 10 pm. Amber was also attempting to get in touch with her lead designer although was unsuccessful so she took it on herself to design and make the beautiful and breathtaking casket saddle. Amber’s compassion, caring and loving attitude helped us get through a difficult time. Additionally, she continued to apologize for being closed on Monday afternokn although that was prominently displayed on Google and the door at the shop. Amber is a professional that truly cares about her customers and truly displays the motto of the customer always comes first. The casket saddle, the bouquet and the boutonnière’s were absolutely beautiful and honored our beautiful Mother. Mom would have loved the beautiful roses.”
