This is a great dealership and a great place to buy your dream car. They have an excellent sales team and a finance/admin team. I had a great car buying experience and I got my entire paperwork and keys in hand in less than 1 hour. Ryan Scott is a great sales guy and he went above and beyond in helping me find the car I needed. He patiently went over and explained to me all the car features that were really helpful.A great dealership with an excellent team under the leadership of Anthony !

I had reached out to 5 to 6 others dealers in the area, and couldn't make any progress. Within 5 minutes of contacting Amy at Peppers, I had my deposit on the car I wanted and couldn't be happier. Also, they had the most reasonable doc fees and no markups.

Just big shout out to Amy at Toyota dealership for getting and technical issue fix on new tundra pro. She always had the time for me to fix problems. Also Jeff Taylor for always checking up on me with my truck, always asking me if I have any problems they need to fix. When I show up last week to get technical problem fix, Anthony and Dillion where there to check make sure all problems where fix on truck. I had another concern with new truck which only having one key, Amy directed me Rodney I told him I was taking a fishing trip far away need a second key in case I lost one. Rodney went out of his way to get me a key quickly. This second tundra I have bought from peppers. I will continue buying from this great team always. They go beyond the call to make sure everything on my new tundra pro is take care of. Good jobs Amy, Jeff, Dillion and Anthony.

I had to take my car in because I mistakenly thought a ditch was the driveway to a cemetery. There was a rubbing sound coming from the front. They immediately saw what the problem was, which was a piece of plastic that had gotten ripped down and repaired it and sent me on my way. Thanks a lot for helping a guy who was out of town.

Thank you Ryan Scott for helping finding the perfect vehicle for us !! I had been looking for a Rav4 dark grey with weather tech and sunroof and looked in Knoxville, Atlanta and Chattanooga dealerships where I live and non of them had what I wanted but Ryan looked and ordered the exact thing I wanted and had it here in the perfect time that I was coming into visit family!! We have had it for a couple months now and have no regrets!! Ryan did A great job and helped with anything and everything we asked or had concerns about ! Definitely get with him and Peppers if you are looking for a vehicle. They go the extra mile for ya! Thanks again!

Amy is great. I am a senior citizen and this was the best car buying experience of my life. No games just professional business like discussions. The prices are the best. I drove three hundred miles to buy a car from Peppers because of the great prices.

Amy at Peppers Toyota is truly Godsend! She made my transition from a Nissan to a Toyota effortless on my end. From the moment I called to inquire about the vehicle until the moment I drove away in my new car she has taken great care of me. I asked her a million and one questions about Toyota in general and then more specifically the Camry. Her knowledge of the products she sells is extensive, she answered every question I had and even offered information on features I didn't know existed. She kept me up to date with the status of the vehicle without me even having to prompt her. She made me extremely comfortable throughout the entire process.Amy's service extended past the purchase of my Camry XSE with her even following up on my 500 mile drive home.Amy, Thank you a million times over for being so kind and patient through an otherwise stressful situation.If I'm ever in the market for a new vehicle again I'll look her up so I can receive top tier service!

Will not do what you ask them to not do. I only asked for certain maintenance and they do more than ask even if you request them not to do it. Will not follow directions from customer.

I have never needed a vehicle repair so my first time I was very worried. But Peppers Toyota in Paris TN treated me great and made the process stress free. And they were so fast and had great communication with me. I'm never going elsewhere to fix my car. Highly recommend them.

Transparent, friendly, efficient process. Ryan made purchasing my Highlander Hybrid a breeze! After locating a vehicle we were interested in online, he kept us up to date with great communication until the vehicle arrived at the dealership. Upon arriving the day of purchase, everyone was friendly and helpful. The process was quick and painless and they were totally transparent about prices. I felt like we maneuvered the process efficiently and I wasn't "held hostage" at a dealership for hours dodging unexpected add-ons. I would absolutely recommend this dealership if you're looking for your next Toyota and I look forward to doing business with them in the future!
