“My wife (property mgr) asked me to help start the car for one of her "Senior Citizens". We got the car jumped off and i recommended Autozone to replace the battery (Bellevue, TN). It was extremely cold and she had one of the batteries that is very difficult to remove. They got her a seat inside to stay warm and and Evan went beyond the norm and took care of the battery. “If I could give 6/5 stars I would. I have had to bring my car into Hall's multiple times over the past few years and everytime has been quick, painless, and an amazing experience. Sometimes i even learn a thing or two. I never feel like I'm being bled dry or getting directed to pointless maintenance. Once I actually brought my car to Hall's on a recommendation while I lived in Antioch and no other mechanic could figure out my steering problem. Got a call back a day or two later with the exact reason, solution, and time to fix.
Now live in Fairview and will always trust Hall's with my car when I'm in town.”

Not only was he reliable and timely, he is also honest to such a degree that he insisted I pay him less than his original quote because it took less time than he had thought to repair my CV joints. This occurred about 10 years ago. I've not needed much since but a colleague in need of some work made me think of Ken and I'm glad I tracked him down in the event I do need him again”

“Moved here two years ago and needed a car repair on my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe. Found this shop and they did a great job and it was cheaper than it would have cost in Nashville. Same Hyundai a year later had it leaking oil from the main seal, they looked at it and ran some some oil thru it and tested it. They told us that it would be a Dealership job, and didn't charge us a penny. We traded it in the next week. They repaired my Ford truck and Nissan Altima and the price is always reasonable. They always are courteous and professional.”

“You have GOT to check this place out for any vehicle concern (they do more than tires by the way). The staff (Jairus? Kristen? and Ashton) I’m bad with names were incredibly friendly and offered to fix my leaky tire for free. The manager was kind, transparent, and really made me feel like she cared about my situation. The tire guy let me see the work and even showed me the condition of my tire instead of just explaining it. I’m never going anywhere else for my vehicle needs. Absolute Must-Try!!”
“My first experience with Firestone was in March 2025 and 5/5 stars. I had my car towed due to serious engine issues as my check engine light was flashing and my car was shaking, losing power when I drove. The staff were very friendly and upfront with me about what the possible issues , the time requires and costs of each repair would be. They fixed my car the same day and were wonderful. It's been over 2 weeks since the repair and My car is running perfectly. I will be brining my car to this Firestone next time I have issues.”

“These are a bunch of great guys and great mechanics. I had a hub go bad on my boat trailer 7/24 while on my way to Texas from Michigan. I limped into their shop and they literally stoped what they were doing and got me up and going. Very nice and professional. And, the charge was below what I had been quoted. Thanks Car Care!”
