“I was having trouble with a stripped oil pan plug from a previously bad oil change and the guys at this auto zone (Ty in particular) helped me for almost 2 hours with his own tools helping my remove the screwed up plug AND helped change my oil!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Seriously go see them if you need car stuff.”

“In today's world, it is rare to find a reasonable, trustworthy and friendly repair shop. Hall's is definitely one of those very rare finds. For those saying they try to sell you all those extra things you didn't ask for, it's done for a reason. They want any vehicle leaving their yard to be mechanically safe and sound. All vehicles are checked out radiator to tailpipe and any issues found are reported to you. It is entirely your choice whether you have the repairs done or not. My last trip there, I asked them to replace a fairly expensive part and they tried to talk me out of it. They don't repair or replace anything that doesn't need it and not without your knowledge and consent. Now that's honesty!! Hard to find these days. “Moved here two years ago and needed a car repair on my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe. Found this shop and they did a great job and it was cheaper than it would have cost in Nashville. Same Hyundai a year later had it leaking oil from the main seal, they looked at it and ran some some oil thru it and tested it. They told us that it would be a Dealership job, and didn't charge us a penny. We traded it in the next week. They repaired my Ford truck and Nissan Altima and the price is always reasonable. They always are courteous and professional.”

“Rahq helped me out with my oil change today and gave me the best experience I've had at any fast car service. He was funny, kept the process moving, and let me know if anything else needed taken care of. My back windshield wiper was bare and we were going to change it out, but unfortunately they didn't have the replacement in. Great experience all around and I will be recommending others come to this location for the same hospitality that I got.”

“I always go here for my oil changes. The techs are amazing and experienced. I have a new car that has a very special oil filter. For some reason, I could only get this filter from the dealership but Walmart was willing and able to install this for me at no additional charge same day.”

“Excellent service! I brought in my newly purchased 2016 Kia Forte for an inspection before my Carvana seven day return-window closed. I dropped it off afterhours using their late drop-off system. They had my diagnosic report ready for me by 10am the following morning. This was a huge help in deciding whether to keep the car. I was provided with suggested repairs in addition to a very fair estimate. If I didn't have the CarvanaCare Warranty, then I would definitely be using them for their repair services! 10/10”
