“I had an expensive package delivered to somewhere else in my neighborhood and could not locate my package. i could not get a real person from the post office on the phone. If it wasn’t for the kind and considerate delivery driver who delivers to where my mom works, I probably never would’ve gotten my package. He took time out of his day to locate exactly where my package was delivered and get it to me the next day no questions asked. This man’s name is Ian and I really hope some higher ups from USPS see this and reward him for doing an exceptional job of taking care of a customer in need. we need more people like him!”

My mailman has even found a package that UPS took to the wrong place and brought it to me. He goes beyond his duties to help people and I really appreciate him.”
