I drive past many other auto parts stores to get to this one because I know that the staff is knowledge and reliable. Larry helped me today and as always, was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. He always finds the parts I need and gets me back on the road with a smile.

Lorenzo & Ryan were amazing in helping us with our car needs. Especially Ryan, he went above and beyond to help us. Our alternator went out on us on the last day of our vacation. Ryan helped us out by giving us local mechanic shops around, mobile mechanics, and suggested to buy a battery charger to charge up the battery to get us to our cabin and to a mechanic shop the next day. The mechanic shop Ryan refer us to was amazing! If you have any issues with your vehicle I would recommend this AutoZone for your vehicle needs. Speak with Ryan.

We needed a battery on vacation and they were amazing help.. Would definitely recommend buying here. The store manager helped us and he said as friendly and very helpful. We appreciated him very much!

Not impressed. Walked in and no employee said a word until ready to check out 15 minutes after finding what I needed. Manager talking rude to other employees in front of customers.

On the way to Pigeon Forge, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with all my electronic entities in the car saying they’re turned off. I went to this location knowing they had a diagnostic meter. Richard J helped me out. He was so nice, talked me through the readings and let me know I should contact Subaru for an appointment (I have one in 3 days) just in case. He gave me my printout and was an all around great guy!

We are from Texas and really wish that our Autozones were as good as this one. Really friendly and professional group of fellas all the way around. Company has been my late grandfather's go to parts store but over time in Texas they become as unpleasant as their next door neighbors oriellys and the little boys with attitude at Advanced Auto across the street. If we would have gone to them first then we would been willing to give our money to any of the transmission shops in the area. But unfortunately we didn't and got a taste of how the feel about tourists in this area.

I went in, with a huge problem. The plastic shift retainer on my shift cable was gone. I drive a newer foes so safety features were getting in my way. So getting home was out of the question.
Austin, the young man behind the counter was extremely helpful. This young man helped me stay calm because naturally I was a little stressed. Helped me find a part that would fit to the replace the plastic piece stopping me from shifting my car into drive or park.
Let me fix said part right there, and made sure we were good to go before I left the store. Let me tell ya, that was amazing. I’ve been into autozone a million times over my life. I’ve never been met with actual care for making sure I find everything I need.
My Wife and I made it back to where we were going, and it is thanks to you Austin. If you’re reading this. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed within the limitations of your store policies.
To Austin’s boss, give that kid a raise. Because his customer service skill is top notch, and I’d take him off your hands quickly. He did great, and I recommend going to the specific location to see Austin. He will get you back on the road in no time.
